If you want to show on your blog how many subscribers do you have that are reading your and you don’t know exactly how to do it, here is a step-by-step tutorial just for you:
- Pick a place on your blog where do you want it to show.
The most common place to do it, is in a sidebar and the easiest too, beacuse you just add a new text widget and paste the code. But you can do it as you wish, after all it is your blog
- Go to feedburner page and login into your account.
Type in your internet browser feedburner.com and click sign in on the top right corner of the page . - If you have more feeds then just one in “my feeds” section pick the one you want it to show.
Most people have just one account to manage all the feeds, so you have to choose the right one to display your feed count. - Open “publicize” page and after that FeedCount in the sidebar on left.
You are now in your feed dashboard where you can change a lot of things but we have to stick to the topic, so you click the publicize button at the top of the page and when it is open you have a menu on your left sidebar. From there, click the feedCount. - If the service is not active, activate it first.
You have to acivate your feed counter and to do that just click on the activate button and that is it. - Pick the colors you want and when you are satisfied click save, then copy the html code.
Now you can apply your colors to the feedcounter so it is going to look nice with your blog design and when you think you have done, click save first!
After that, just copy the html code that is provided. - Paste the code where you want the Feed counter displays.
This is the final step. Go to your site and paste the code.
If you have followed my instructions, the counter should be displayed on your blog. For more related content on other blogs, you can check these out:
